This estimate outlines the anticipated charges for services, and will be provided to those who are uninsured or not using insurance before services begin.   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less notice or missed entirely will be charged the full session fee.

  • We provide telehealth services for individuals, couples, and group therapy for teens and adults, across Texas.

  • If you do not have insurance or do not want to use insurance for your sessions, you can opt out of using insurance and pay out of pocket using:

    • FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Cards

    • Credit Cards

    • CareCredit Card

  • Depending on the reasons you are seeking out therapy, what you can expect to get out of therapy differs. Generally, our clients are seeking clarity around a certain issue, want to break the cycle of bad habits, or need advice and counsel about a current life situation. Whatever is going on for you, hopefully therapy will make it easier by providing clarity, relief, confidence, or whatever you feel you need at this time.
