Initial Consultation
We begin with a virtual meeting to discuss your concerns, explain the process, and determine what areas the evaluation should focus on.Clinical Interview
We speak with you (or your teen) to learn more about current concerns, background, and history. With permission, we may also include input from a parent, caregiver, or other important person.Information Gathering
We may request feedback from therapists, teachers, or other professionals involved in your care, with your consent, to get a well-rounded view.Virtual Testing
You will complete online assessments tailored to your specific needs. These may include questionnaires, cognitive tasks, and other standardized tools.Scoring and Report Preparation
After reviewing and interpreting the results, we prepare a detailed written report that includes diagnoses (if applicable) and practical recommendations.Feedback Session
Once the report is ready, we meet with you virtually to go over the results, answer your questions, and discuss next steps.

Insurance and Payment Options
We offer several payment options to meet your needs:
We accept select insurance plans
Out-of-network billing is available (supports in place for possible reimbursement)
Care Credit may be an option if you currently have, or are interested in being approved with them.
Private pay options are also available for those not using insurance

What if I’m not sure I need an assessment?
That’s okay. The initial consultation is designed to help you decide if an evaluation is the right next step. We’ll talk through your concerns, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward — or help you find another path if an assessment isn’t needed.
Are the assessments completely virtual?
Yes. The entire assessment process, including consultation, interviews, testing, and feedback, is conducted virtually using secure video and digital tools. You can complete everything from the comfort of your home, with no need to travel.
What does the assessment include?

Is the process confidential?
Absolutely. All information shared with us is protected by privacy laws and ethical standards. We only communicate with others (like doctors, schools, or therapists) with your written permission.

How long does the assessment process take?
The timeline can vary depending on the type of evaluation and availability. In general, the full process, from consultation to receiving your final report, takes 2 to 6 weeks. We’ll give you a personalized timeline during your consultation.
Will I receive a diagnosis?
If a diagnosis is appropriate, it will be included in your written report. We follow evidence-based diagnostic criteria and always discuss the findings with you in a supportive, respectful way. If no diagnosis is needed, your report will still include helpful insights and recommendations.
Can I use the report for accommodations or services?
Yes. Your final report can be used to support:
School or college accommodations
Workplace accommodations
Medical or psychiatric treatment
ABA therapy or other clinical services
Disability documentation, depending on your provider’s requirements
