I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents and my passion is supporting humans to navigate emotional challenges, major life transitions, relationship dynamics, trauma, and internal struggles like anxiety, depression, stress, and self-doubt. My approach blends person-centered care with CBT, offering a balance of warmth and practical tools. You can expect sessions that are supportive, honest, and focused on helping you move forward, one meaningful step at a time.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Mississippi State University. My background has been supporting Veterans, their family members and active-duty service members and their family members.
