Therapy with me will make you feel seen, heard, and understood. I create a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, build practical skills, and gain clarity on the challenges you’re facing. Clients sometimes describe therapy with me as feeling like talking to a friend—I’m fully present, engaged, and responsive, not just a blank slate. I’m passionate about helping clients uncover insights and tools that make a real difference in their daily lives, so you can leave sessions feeling more confident, resilient, and equipped to handle life’s ups and downs.
I work with adolescents (12+), young adults, adults, and older adults (65+), supporting clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, ADHD, autism, conduct challenges, chronic illness, and family transitions**, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals and first responders coping with burnout or secondary trauma. I also provide culturally informed care for clients from Hispanic and Mexican backgrounds, drawing on my personal experience to offer guidance that is relevant, respectful, and rooted in an understanding of family dynamics and traditions.
In sessions, I am supportive, reflective, collaborative, and warm, often bringing humor and expressiveness to help clients feel comfortable and engaged. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Humanistic/Person-Centered approaches, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, cooking, journaling, and spending time with my dog, fiancé, and plants. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, clarity, and confidence in their lives.
