My goal as a therapist is to offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—exactly as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed by life, I’m here to walk with you through it, without judgment or pressure. I know how hard it can be to open up, and I don’t take that lightly. Our work together will move at a pace that feels right for you.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—including outpatient treatment, community mental health, schools, and private practice. These experiences have allowed me to support children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, self-harm, life transitions, and identity development.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, steady, and deeply person-centered. I often draw from solution-focused approaches and motivational interviewing, depending on what you need in the moment. But more than anything, I focus on building a relationship grounded in trust, care, and authenticity—because I believe healing happens when we feel truly understood.
Therapy is a place to be messy, curious, honest, and human.
I’d be honored to support you as you move toward greater clarity, healing, and connection.
