Therapy is a place to be messy, curious, honest, and human.

My goal as a therapist is to offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, exactly as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed by life, I'm here to walk with you through it, without judgment or pressure. Our work together will move at a pace that feels right for you.

I've worked in outpatient treatment, community mental health, schools, and private practice, supporting children, teens, and adults through trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, self-harm, life transitions, and identity development. My style is collaborative, steady, and deeply person-centered. I focus on building a relationship grounded in trust, care, and authenticity, because I believe healing happens when we feel truly understood.

Therapy is a place to be messy, curious, honest, and human.

I’d be honored to support you as you move toward greater clarity, healing, and connection.
